AbPure™ Mouse Antibody Purification System

The AbPure™ Mouse Antibody Purification System is an affinity-based purification kit that enables the easy purification of mouse antibodies from crude samples such as serum, ascites fluid and tissue culture supernatant.

This kit can also be used as an alternative to our AbPure™ Antibody concentration and clean-up kit (262-0010) to purify mouse antibodies from buffers containing substances that can interfere with conjugation reactions (e.g. glycine, tris and azide), or our AbPure™ BSA removal kit (263-0000) to remove BSA.

The kit can be used to:

1. Purify antibodies from crude samples such as serum, ascites fluids and tissue culture supernatant
2. Clean-up commercially available antibodies (which often contain additives that interfere with conjugation reactions)

The method involves capturing the mouse antibody on AbPure™ Mouse resin which has a high affinity for mouse IgG molecules. Once the mouse antibody has bound to the AbPure™ Mouse resin, unwanted substances can be removed by simply washing the resin. The purified antibody is then eluted and neutralized.
