The internal gear is manufactured of steel and features a strong integrated design with the housing. The output shaft attachment flange is manufactured of tough cast-iron, offering high rigidity.
The planetary and sun gears undergo grinding after carburizing and quenching. Internal gears undergo highly precise broaching. Noise is 60 dB or less and backlash is 15 minutes. *Backlash is a value measured at 2% of the rated torque.
The corner flange saves space for attachment.

Easy motor installation
The servomotor can be easily installed with bolts and after the shaft has been pressed-in, it is tightened down by bolts.
