Deaerator . . . สามารถทำอะไรได้บ้าง? ก. ช่วยดึงก๊าซออกซิเจน ที่ละลายอยู่ออกจากน้ำ ข. ช่วยดึงก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ที่ละลายในน้ำออก ค. ช่วยเพิ่มอุณหภูมิของน้ำที่ป้อนเข้า ง. ช่วยให้การถ่ายเทความร้อนดีขึ้น จ. ช่วยให้มีการใช้ Flash Steam ให้เป็นประโยชน์ ฉ. เป็นจุดรวมน้ำ Condensate จากส่วนต่างของโรงงาน ซึ่งรายละเอียดตามไปดูกันเลยค่ะ

Steam Accumulator หรือ ถังพักไอ คืออุปกรณ์ที่นิยมใช้ในกรณีที่ปริมาณการใช้ไอน้ำเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็วเมื่อโรงงานเริ่มทำงาน หรือกรณีที่มีความต้องการไอน้ำปริมาณมากเป็นครั้งคราว หรือในกระบวนการผลิตที่ความต้องการไอน้ำไม่สม่ำเสมอบ่อยๆ ทั้งในแง่ปริมาณและเวลา เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาที่เกิดจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงเหล่านี้ มักจะมีการติดตั้ง Steam Accumulator เป็นทางเลือกสำหรับใช้งาน

ประโยชน์ของการปรับแต่งหัวเผา (Burner)
การปรับแต่งหัวเผาหม้อไอน้ำและหม้อน้ำมันร้อน บุคลากรระดับปฏิบัติการจำเป็นต้องมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษา พร้อมทั้งมีการบำรุงรักษาและการปรับแต่งหัวเผาของหม้อไอน้ำที่ถูกต้อง อันจะส่งผลให้เกิดการประหยัดพลังงานเชื้อเพลิงอย่างสูง และยังทำให้มีการปลดปล่อยมลพิษจากการเผาไหม้สู่บรรยากาศลดลง
การปรับแต่งหัวเผาหม้อไอน้ำและหม้อน้ำมันร้อน บุคลากรระดับปฏิบัติการจำเป็นต้องมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษา พร้อมทั้งมีการบำรุงรักษาและการปรับแต่งหัวเผาของหม้อไอน้ำที่ถูกต้อง อันจะส่งผลให้เกิดการประหยัดพลังงานเชื้อเพลิงอย่างสูง และยังทำให้มีการปลดปล่อยมลพิษจากการเผาไหม้สู่บรรยากาศลดลง
