The COFA deburring tool removes burrs from the front and back of a drilled through hole without stopping or reversing the spindle. Whether you are deburring a flat surface or an irregular surface, the edge break is always even and consistent.

COFA's patented design uses a completely unique TiN coated carbide blade that allows for faster feeds and speeds and provides exceptionally long tool life. The action of the blade cuts a smooth tapered edge break from 0.010-0.030" based on the tool size.

COFA tools are available from stock for immediate delivery in sizes from 0.080" to 1.614" (2mm to 41mm). A cassette option is available for larger holes.

The SNAP chamfering tool is the answer for today's manufacturing requiring simpler and more flexible solutions without sacrificing quality or tool life. SNAP is a very simple tool for deburring and/or chamfering through holes on the top and bottom without reversing the spindle, dwelling, or indexing the part. The SNAP tool offers a simple to use high quality chamfering tool with Carbide inserts coated with TiN, TiCN, or TiAIN to meet today's manufacturing needs.

SNAP is a single bladed tool for deburring and chamfering the front and back of a through hole in one operation.

SIMPLE - the easy to use tool requires no tools and no adjustments. Changing the blade is as easy as pushing out the old and putting in a new blade.

FAST - the patented cutting geometry was developed for excellent finish at faster cutting conditions and eliminating secondary burrs. The 'GS' and 'DF' geometries allow for general or precision chamfering with the swap of an insert.

ECONOMICAL - users have reported tool life over 40K holes in aluminum, 30K holes in cast iron, and 8K holes in steel.

The VEX-S tool combines a new high performance solid carbide drill with Heule’s patented SNAP chamfering system to drill and chamfer through holes in a single operation. Combining common operations increases the user’s productivity and efficiency while maintaining quality. The specially developed connecting system ensures a robust and accurate connection with the tool body and facilitates good transmission of power and also allows quick and easy replacement of the VEX-S twist drill.

Combines a replaceable solid carbide high performance twist drill with Heule`s patented SNAP chamfering system to make drilling and front and back chamfering in a single operation possible.

Excellent for machining smaller diameter holes.

Replaceable drill tip can be reground and recoated for optimum cost effectiveness.
